Jantascope is a digital news publication operated by Keyzen, reaching readers across India and beyond with coverage of national and world affairs, business, technology, sports, entertainment, and more. This page explains the advertising we accept, the rules that govern it, and how to reach our team.
1. Advertising Opportunities
We offer the following on the Jantascope website:
- Display advertising: Standard banner and in-article display placements on the homepage, section pages, and article pages.
- Programmatic advertising: Inventory available through our approved third-party advertising partners.
- Sponsored content: Clearly labelled brand-supplied or brand-supported articles, published under our disclosure rules in Section 3.
- Category sponsorship: Sponsorship of a specific section or ongoing coverage area, with visible sponsorship disclosure.
Mobile app: The Jantascope mobile app currently carries no advertising, and we do not sell in-app ad placements. All advertising described on this page applies to the website only.
2. Editorial Independence
Advertising never influences our journalism. Advertisers and sponsors cannot commission, review, approve, amend, or block editorial content, and they cannot see unpublished editorial coverage. Buying advertising does not secure news coverage, and it does not prevent critical reporting about an advertiser.
Our full standards are set out in our Editorial Policy.
3. Sponsored Content Rules
- All paid or sponsored material is labelled clearly as Sponsored, Paid content, or Partner content so readers can immediately tell it apart from independent journalism.
- Sponsored content is visually distinguishable from editorial content and names the sponsoring brand.
- Sponsored content must be accurate, must not be misleading, and must comply with applicable advertising law.
- Sponsored material is not presented as the work of our newsroom and does not carry a reporter byline as if it were independent reporting.
- We may decline sponsored content that we consider misleading, unsafe, or inconsistent with these standards.
4. Advertising We Do Not Accept
We reserve the right to refuse or remove any advertising. We do not accept advertising that:
- Is deceptive, fraudulent, or makes claims that cannot be substantiated, including misleading financial, investment, or earnings claims.
- Promotes illegal products or services, or facilitates illegal activity.
- Promotes hatred, harassment, or violence against people or groups, including on the basis of protected characteristics.
- Contains sexually explicit material, or content that exploits or endangers minors.
- Promotes weapons, explosives, or recreational drugs.
- Makes unproven or unsafe health, medical, or treatment claims.
- Imitates news reporting, mimics our editorial design in a misleading way, or impersonates a person or organisation.
- Uses malicious code, auto-redirects, deceptive click behaviour, or intrusive formats that harm the reading experience.
- Infringes intellectual property or other legal rights.
- Targets political messaging in breach of applicable law or platform rules.
5. Ad Placement and Reader Experience
We aim to keep pages readable. Advertising is placed so that it does not obstruct article text, and it is labelled as advertising where it appears alongside editorial content. We do not place ads in a way designed to cause accidental clicks.
6. Reader Privacy and Advertising Cookies
Our website uses advertising and analytics services that may set cookies. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on a reader's prior visits to our website or other websites. Readers can manage or opt out of personalised advertising as described in our Privacy & Cookies Policy.
Advertising partners must handle any data they collect in line with applicable data-protection law and their own published privacy policies.
7. Booking, Materials, and Payment

- Creative assets should be supplied in standard web formats before the campaign start date.
